RRC Bhubaneswar Apprentice Eligibility 2026
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Matriculation / Class 10 under the 10+2 system with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.
Candidates must also possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade affiliated to NCVT/SCVT as prescribed for the apprenticeship.
Qualification Must Be Completed
The prescribed educational and technical qualification must already have been obtained on or before 21 August 2026, the date of issue of the notification.
Candidates whose Class 10 or ITI result was awaited on the notification date are not eligible. Candidates who have failed the ITI course should also not apply.
Special Qualification for Laboratory Technician
For Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology), candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have at least 50% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12.

- 10th pass with at least 50% aggregate marks is required.
- Relevant ITI qualification is mandatory for the selected trade.
- Engineering graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible under this notification because they fall under a separate apprenticeship scheme.

How RRC Bhubaneswar Apprentice Merit List is Prepared?
- Marks obtained in all Matriculation subjects are considered.
