Candidates must possess a Degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Candidates should also have operating and working knowledge of computer systems. Knowledge may be demonstrated through a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in computer operations/language or by having studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject.
Local Language Proficiency
Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT for which they apply. The candidate should be able to read, write, speak and understand the specified language.
Candidates who have studied the specified local language in Class 8 or above, including Class 10 or 12, may be exempt from appearing in the Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT), subject to production of the required marksheet/certificate.
